The Flaw & The Perfection
With the thin space left in his hands
He tried to recreate a universe,
He drew with a tear a star
With a look a moon
With a touch a sun
And when he closed his eyes people walked
To their work
On the sidewalk of his eyelid.
But in his grief, he smudged a line,
And called the blur,
a soul.
This addition introduces a flaw of love, making the creation more personal and poignant.
